We at Rawson Developers are strong believers in growing and developing properties, but also have a unique interest in the communities which our developments reside. With The Paragon, Madison Place and The Winchester all based in Observatory, we wanted to show the public how incredibly beautiful this neighbourhood really is.

Introducing – #WalkWithBill, the Observatory edition – where guests were taken a scenic walk through the neighbourhood, where they met new people and bewitched their senses with the sheer magic that the special suburb omits.

We were guided by an Obs local and photographer, Silas Lekgoathi, and visited a handful of sites and scenes which included Queen of TartsRustAhem Art Collective and lastly Ferdinando’s pizza. We also popped into view the brand new show unit at The Paragon where guests were taken through a chat by our team about the new development, as well as what the area means to Rawson Developers as a company.

Safe to say the day was filled with laughter, delicious baked goods and of course a local craft beer. We can’t wait to bring new customers to all these great local businesses in the friendly neighbourhood of Observatory.
